Ex Opportunity Knocks contestant Liverpool supporter and insurance guru Barrie Wells has paid for the roof on the new school with a very generous personal contribution of £1000.

Well done Tamar Cape Town!
The team from Cape Town all became overnight motor racing experts as we spent the weekend selling raffle tickets at Canal Walk shopping centre.

The prize (very generously sponsored by Fantastic Racing) was an opportunity to drive a racing car for the day. Kitted out in Fantastic Racing gear even Nicky Rogers was heard to say 'fancy driving one of these bad boys' to the one of the many punters wondering around staring at the cars. All in all it was a great team effort from Tamar Cape Town team. See the snapshots. We managed to raise R6050 (around £450).

We held a draw in the office and Mr Des Erasmus won the prize!

Wine Tasting and Raffle donators

Fantastic Racing
Thanks to Julie Hicks from Fantastic Racing who has donated a great prize for the raffle organised by the Cape Town team. The prize is a race in a fantastic racing car.
